JUNIOR ARCHITECT

Westlake Total Solutions is currently looking for an Estate Manager!

WORK LOCATION: CENTURY CITY, Makati

Job Qualifications (Job Type: Full-time):

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Major in Architecture or related field

With excellent communication skills

One (1) year of architectural experience including use of CAD technology

Meets with requesters to determine requirements of projects; determines feasibility of project and prepares cost estimates.

Knowledge of architecture and architectural principles and techniques, types of building materials and construction, mechanical and electrical engineering for the beautification and maintenance of estates facilities and landscapes.

Experience with preparing and reviewing Abstract of Bid, Purchase Request, Terms of Reference (TOR), pre bid conference to determine potential contractors and suppliers for estates maintenance.

Experience with planning and supervising events is an advantage

Knowledge in Photoshop, Video editing, outsourcing and presentation is a plus
