VP of Program Management

We seek a VP of Program Management to lead our program managers and influence cross-functional teams to meet company monthly revenue targets. This role is a part of Paramit’s senior-leadership team and reports to the General Manager for Paramit in Morgan Hill, CA.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Execute strategic business initiatives and support customers' manufacturing needs; define service levels and develop programs that support new product lines.

Assess product pricing to maximize profit, and evaluate business models, performances, pricing, inventory levels, and other relevant business issues.

Drive change by evaluating business metrics and inventory levels and managing the disposition of excess materials regularly.

Establish solid relationships with customers and ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations efficiently.

Define accounts strategies and prioritize expansion opportunities for existing clients, as well as seamless integration of new customers.

Oversee the analysis of client contractual obligations and required financial reconciliation.

Identify and resolve potential conflict situations internally and/or with clients and propose proactive solutions.

Provide leadership and coach a diverse group of program managers; develop individual and team objectives, evaluate performances, and provide training and development.

TRAINING, REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

12+ years of program management experience, preferably in contract manufacturing

7+ years in a management position with 3+ years at a director or higher-level leadership role.

4-year degree; MBA preferred.

Solid track record of leadership and team building.

Ability to manage change, perform multitasking, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills daily and as a representative of Paramit.

Exceptional business acumen with an understanding of contracts and experience with negotiation.

Sound financial competence; experience working with department P&L.
