Product Research Associate

We are looking for a Product Research Associate who has excellent analytical and communication skills and is a dynamic self-starter that will be responsible in ensuring cross functional alignment & communication, tracking toward launch milestones. The candidate will be responsible for in depth research of product opportunities. Collecting and analyzing data to provide insightful improvements.

Research will include market analysis, competitor analysis, micro testing to create a narrative of what opportunities a specific market segment might have for us. You will then present the data to be evaluated for production and approval. Key Responsibility

Areas (KRAs)--Research markets for new products for consumer good products--Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis tools and learnings to interpret and create meaningful insights--Prepare comprehensive reports on products with detailed evaluations--Develop and present new ideas on how to improve product ideas through visual and functional improvements--Be responsible for/involved in producing the product deliverables and ensuring they are dispatched on time and accurately--Develop competence in charting and be able to produce presentation decks--Execute and analyze data from polls and microtesting--Collaborate with designers and product engineers to implement changes on productIdeasRelevant Work Experience:--3-4 years working experience in Research, Marketing or Advertising – ideally in FMCGIndustryRequired Skills:--Demonstrate exceptional precision and attention to detail, always focusing on accuracy--A curious mentality and unafraid to have a point of view--Strong numerical and analytical skills which can be applied in a commercial context with a keen interest in analyzing data to provide recommendations and insights--Articulate and credible written and verbal communication skills including good presentation skills--Well organized with a strong level of time management and the ability to manage and effectively plan workload.--Proficiency in the English language; both verbal and written. --Excellent computer skills - MS Office and Google Productivity Suites.

--Strong accountability and project management for tasks without close supervision.--Demonstrates strength in analytical thinking. --Resourceful, attention to detail, creative, self-starter and ability to multi-task--Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
