E-commerce Marketplace specialist Job Description

Creates campaigns and planning for merchants. Manage all online activity to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and site testing and reporting. Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve all online platform sales. Design and execute test strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and market initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by channel, new product sell-through and offer code performance of merchants within the marketplace. Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies to better improve sales performance and achieve KPIs. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback across marketplaces, providing excellent customer service and support.

Optimizes all seller tools in each marketplace (Product listing) Inventory allocation for product launches and sales campaigns. Manage budgeting processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI (Return of Investment) of marketing strategies. Stay updated with changes in the marketplace landscape, including policies, algorithms, and consumer behavior, and evaluate their potential implications for the business. Manage the onboarding for new Merchants.

Specialization in Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok, Platforms

Strategic planning when it comes to promotion and store campaigns

Qualification

With Experience in Ecommerce, Warehousing and Logistics. (4-5 years)

Graduate of Marketing, IT, Management or any relevant course

Pro Active and can work under pressure

Monday- Saturday working schedule (9-6pm)

Willing to assign in Makati or Paranaque area
