Qualifications:

Must be at least completed 2 years in college.

Must have at least 1 year experience as a CSR in a BPO industry with chat/email support experience.

Excellent Written and Verbal English and Tagalog Communication Skills.

Must be amenable to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig).

Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule.

Can start ASAP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for coding and abstracting records, documents and other data sheets in a timely manner.

Responsible for reformatting previously entered data if need be.

Responsible for sorting, proofreading, updating, mailing, storing and organizing data to be entered into the database or electronic files.

Enters data by inputting alphanumeric information using established procedure

Enters and records data from electronic and hard copy source materials into the system using an electronic keyboard or optical scanner.

Maintains data entry requirements by following data program, techniques and procedure.

Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data to determine accuracy and completeness of the information

Responsible for combining data from multiple systems when information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.

Extracts and compiles information from database to produce routine and specialized reports.

Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the direct superior.

May provide assistance and guidance to other data entry staff.

Any other relevant duties as directed.
