Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Specialist located in Makati. The Key Account Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, developing account plans, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. The Key Account Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet business objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers;

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs;

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Works attentively with immediate superior to strategize and sell all items/products;

Generate and submit necessary reports (e.g. sales report, store visit and accomplishment report, etc.) as required by immediate superior;

Responsible for regular visits to all accounts handled;

Responsible for checking/knowing competitors’ activities;

Responsible for assisting with the oversight of company sale events / fairs / trade shows, etc., as directed;

Reports to immediate superior any feedback/concerns of the customers;

Perform other related tasks they may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;

At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or key account management/acquisition;

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills;

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions to clients;

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships;

Must be fluent and effective in communicating in both Filipino and English (speaking and writing);

Willing to be assigned or relocated to the Makati office;

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
