HR Staff - Dasmarinas (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Staff at Infinity Strategic Management Solutions Inc. Located in Dasmarinas Cavite. As a Human Resources Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating training programs, and providing general HR support to employees. Strong organizational and communication skills are required for this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources,

Business Administration, or a related field

Experience is an advantage but not required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Proven ability to handle confidential information with

discretion

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in HR administration or related roles is a plus

Can start as soon as possible

Willing to be trained

Can work with minimal supervision

Willing to be assigned in Paliparan III Dasmarinas Cavite

Infinity Strategic Management Solutions Inc. Head Office is located at Unit 1709 East Tower Philippine Stocks Exchange Centre, Ortigas Center Pasig City. We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
