Junior Trainer and Documentation

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any 4 years course

- Must be flexible and hardworking

- Must have a good communication skills

- Must be computer proficient

- Detail oriented

- Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo Pasig City

Duties and Responsibilites:

1. Filling of Documents

· Daily Store Assessment finding Reports

· Daily Store Inspection Trip Ticket

· Store Opening Report

· Authorized Dealer Action Taken/Corrective Action (Monthly)

2. Encoding of Documents

· Store Daily Assessment findings Report

· Store Opening Report

· Daily Store Inspection Trip Ticket

· Store Frequency of Visit

· Store Concerns (Minor/Major)

3. Preparation of Reports

· Store Concerns (Minor/Major)

· Monthly Store Assessment & Findings Report for Authorized Dealer. To be emailed every Is week of the following Month

· Monthly Store Frequency of Visit Report

· Store Assessment Yearly Agenda 60 days Prior to Authorized Dealer Store Expiration on a Yearly Coverage.

· Updates and submit necessary weekly reports to immediate Supervisor

4. Monitoring of:

· Store Assessment Finding Reports

· Store Visit

· Store Concern (Minor/Major)

· Authorized Dealer Corrective Actions

5. Reliever for:

· Store Assessment Finding Reports

· Store Concern (Minor/Major)

· Authorized Dealer Corrective Actions
