Requirements

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written, verbal, and listening

Organizational skills, attention to detail, able to follow through on tasks

Self-motivated, upbeat and enthusiastic

Two years sales experience preferred

Available to be in office 8:45 am - 5 pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:45 am - 6 pm Tuesday, and Saturday 9 am to 12 pm once a month

Ability to successfully obtain required Pennsylvania insurance licenses (current P&C, Life, Accident, and Health licenses preferred), complete all company training courses, and pass a background check

Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 annually
