Summer Work - Customer Service

Job Description

RemX is assisting a client of ours in Knoxville seeking Full time or Part Time Customer Service Representatives. Seeking teachers looking for a summer job, college students home for the summer? Retirees looking for work?

This is a an onsite opportunity. Contract is 6-8 weeks+ but, could be longer depending on business needs.

Schedule: Monday to Friday or three days per week!

Hours : 8am to 5pm (either 6hrs or 8hrs day)

Pay: $17/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for making payments to Insurance Carriers on behalf of Banks for escrow payments on mortgages.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward potential customers at all times.

Reach out to potential customers through various channels.

Knowledgeable in our products and services.

Ensure daily performance goals are met.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Communicate and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the outbound sales process.

Skills & Abilities:

· Pleasant, calm demeanor on the phones

· Ability to speak confidently

· Excellent command of the spoken English language

Education & Experience:

· High School Diploma or a minimum of three (3) years in a similar roleCompany Description
