Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager

Job Description

Team member will work closely with lead engineers and clients on the mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing) portion of projects to:

Prepare designs and project deliverables for mechanical and plumbing systems

Remain responsive

Exceed client expectations

Meet multi-disciplinary objectives

Adhere to project budget and schedule requirements

Define project scope

Coordinate on project proposals

Provide construction administration services

Minimum Requirements:

Project management experience in the design of mechanical systems (HVAC and Plumbing)

Ability to lead and coordinate a team to complete project deliverables while exceeding client expectations

Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD

Proficient in Revit BIM software

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software (Outlook, Word, Etc.)

Strong desire to work with team members and maintain client relationships

Demonstrated previous success with project design from inception to completion

Fieldwork will be expected and require interaction with client personnel

Preferred:

LEED Accredited Professionals.

Experience with Educational and Telecommunications facilities
