Are you fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin and passionate about providing care to the elderly? Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group (CCWSG) is looking for someone who embodies excellence, resourcefulness, and inclusivity in everything that they do!

Job Duties:

Provide personalized care and escort assistance based on individual care plans, including grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, and meal preparation.

Deliver compassionate in-home care and provide support in facility settings.

Maintain a clean and organized environment through housekeeping and laundry duties.

Monitor and report any observed changes in participants' conditions to the interdisciplinary team.

Practice safe techniques, including proper body mechanics and adherence to universal precautions, to ensure the well-being of participants.

Engage with participants, families, and the interdisciplinary team in a professional and compassionate manner, fostering a supportive environment.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin required.

Minimum 1 year of experience working with the frail or elderly required.

Facility experience highly preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

This position is a minimum 1-year assignment.
