Service Tech / Delivery

Job Description

Kitchen & Bath remodeling company looking for a clean cut, energetic, thinker with a great work ethic, to become part of our team.

Must be prepared to interact with clients in a professional manner.

Load & unload company truck for cabinetry, plumbing fixtures & tile deliveries to jobsites. Inspecting delivered items & checking of orders. Keeping warehouse & company vehicle in order. Tracking inventory. Clean & organize jobsites.

Other tasks include cabinet door adjustment, installing glass doors, punchout service for drywall repair & painting, installing towel bars, mirrors & other types of accessories. Move appliances. Cover flooring for construction prep. Must be willing to take on any task needed to get the job done!

Must follow company’s organizational flow using smart device, as well as all company policies and procedures, including safety policies.

Must communicate regularly through management software regarding current location, status of work, need for tools or supplies, delays and reasons for delays, any concerns or problems, as well as progress through the day’s schedule.

Qualifications and Skills

REQUIREMENTS:

Clean driving record

Skills with hand tools, tape measure and power tools

Communication skills sufficient to be able to log accurate reports and sales orders using proper format

Reading communication skills sufficient to be able to read and accurately interpret product specifications and company policies and procedures, as well as maps and directions.

Must be a team player

VEHICLES, EQUIPMENT/TOOLS USED: We will supply all tools needed, with company van.

Ford Transit 2500 long wheel base, F250 truck with 6 x 12 hydraulic dump trailer, Cargo Van

Moving dolly – Appliance dolly - Cordless screwgun/Drill – basic hand tools
