We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team. You will represent clients in legal proceedings both in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, draft legal documents, and work with clients on legal transactions both with businesses and individuals.
A typical day consists of meeting with in-person consultations at times and then working with a team consisting of a paralegal and support staff regarding a client's legal needs.

Job Type: Full-time position is the preferred candidate at this time but we will review attorneys looking for part-time or just under full-time hour requirements.

Work Location: In personResponsibilities:
Represent clients in court proceedings and occasionally with other government entities
Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, appeals, and memorandum
Instruct clients on applicable legal matters related to including but not limited to business, corporate, elder law, wills and estates, condominium law, and real estate transactions
Resolve cases, disputes, and other legal matters
Comply with all related laws, regulations, and court rules both in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
Conduct research to support cases and grant legal guidance
Administer and oversee the daily operations of a law practice with your assigned cases
Work in a pod setting with an assigned paralegal
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed attorney licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania
At least three (3) years of professional legal experience
Proficiency in Estate Planning, Probate, and Homeowner Association law is a plus.
Understanding of various legal documents
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to establish a strong connection with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Proactive and industrious attitude
Possess experience with Amicus Attorney Case Management Software (optional)
Positive and confident when interacting with clients, on the phone, and in court
Ability to genuinely support clients during their difficult times
Outstanding communication and listening skills
Strong attention to detail and dedication to excellence
Focused on producing tangible results
Works well in a collaborative team environment
Committed to truthfulness and ethical/trustworthy standards
