Small Package Supervisor

OnTrac is hiring a Supervisor

Location: 2559 Consulate Dr. Orlando, FL 32819

Pay:$18.43 per hour

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, hours subject to change based on the needs of the business

As a Supervisor for OnTrac, your leadership is essential in guiding a team of dedicated warehouse staff toward achieving daily targets and maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and safety.

The Must-Haves:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; college degree preferred

Demonstrated administrative and leadership experience

Strong understanding of HUB Operations

Industry experience; or less with military experience

Minimum of 6 months experience in Small Package Sorting or conveyor systems experience preferred

Minimum of 6 months experience in pricing and data analytics preferred

Intermediate computer and math skills utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Your Mission in Motion:

Develop and implement procedures that optimize warehouse time and efficiencies

Create work policies to enhance safety and time management

Ensure local and corporate KPI’s are being met while providing senior management with timely operational reviews and reports

Directly supervise employees; including hiring, training, developing, and disciplining of employees
