Position Title: Process Improvement Analyst Location: Richmond, VA Job Type: Contract 6 to 12 months.

Possible conversion to full-time.

Who we are looking for / Requirements: Our client is seeking a proactive and analytically minded Process Improvement Analyst eager to contribute to our mission of delivering superior water, waste, and energy management solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a keen ability to comprehensively gather and analyze process data.

Experience in facilitating brainstorming sessions and user testing and a talent for identifying and implementing practical process improvements is essential.

Candidates should be prepared to work on-site in Richmond, VA, and must be open to a contract role with the potential for full-time conversion.

What you will do / Responsibilities: In this highly visible role, you'll be responsible for: Work hands-on with internal and/or external customers and stakeholders to understand business processes.

Gather process information through interviews, observations, surveys, and workshops.

Facilitate brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for improvement.

Capture and analyze process data to identify problems and establish baseline metrics.

Propose recommendations for process improvement.

Document business and technical requirements for desired process solutions.

Facilitate and participate in user testing to ensure process solutions are accurate and stable.

Lead in preparing and delivering user training for process solutions.

Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions, including maintenance and enhancements.
