Location: Richmond VA.

Job Title: AWS Pyspark Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing developing and maintaining software applications using Python, PySpark, SQL and AWS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.

Daily monitoring Production jobs in AROW Scheduler.

Writing PySpark code to pull data from source files/API/Views into Redshift/Snowflake.

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in Python, PySpark, SQL, AWS and domain expertise in Cards & Payments.

Ability to work on AWS service like EMR, EC2, S3, RDS, ELB; and should understand concept related to Security Groups IAM role, VPC Strong, AWS, PySpark, Python, SQL skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 05/16/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $83,000.00 – $116,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
