Multitasking abilities a must.

Fundamental skills such as knife work and recipe following a must.

Must have flexible availability.

Ability to work well under pressure of meeting production schedules and timelines for guests' food orders.

Ability to work long hours in hot, noisy and sometimes close conditions.

Hungry and eager to learn.
