The Pet Play Specialist is responsible for caring for the pets with compassion. The duties include playing with the pets and completing necessary charting.

Job Responsibilities

Handle pets, both dogs and cats

Read Kennel Cards

Interact with pets such as running, throwing toys, petting (love), and games

Charting eliminations and report cards

Minor cleaning after play time

Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Ability to lead large groups of employees

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multi-task

Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors daily

Operate basic computer software

Flexible schedule including nights/weekend/holidays

Previous animal care experience preferred

Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds

Ability to stand up to 8 hours

Pay Rate - $10.10 to 12.00 (hourly)
