Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities: * Works under the direction and supervision of the licensed Physical Therapist in the home environment practice setting.

* Performs Physical Therapy procedures ad related tasks under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist.

* Provides patient/family education and training.

* Performs routine operational functions, including superision of Home Health Aide.

* Documents visits and completes documentation within 24 hours of visit and within agency guidelines.

Salary Range: 22.2500 - 41.3200 (BOE) Credentials: Essential: * Cardio Pulminary Resuscitation * Physical Therapt Assistant License * Basic Life Support Education: Essential: * Associate's Level Degree Working conditions: Essential: * Significant manual skills / motor coord & finger dexterity * Some occupational risk * Extremely heavy effort.
