The SoNo Baking Company in historic South Norwalk, CT seeks a passionate, artistic and innovative Pastry Chef.
Candidates must be able to produce superior quality products in a high volume environment under tight deadlines.
Responsible for all aspects of production, including, but not limited to: muffin, cookie and cake batters; fillings and frostings; mousses and specialty items.
Must be experienced in baking, building and decorating cakes, including tiered wedding cakes.
Weekend and holiday hours mandatory.
Rotating schedule.
Qualified candidates will have a Pastry Arts degree and 1-3 years of experience in a high volume operation.
