Registered Nurse (RN) - $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates!

Available weekend double shifts:

Day Shift 6:00 am - 6:30 pm

Night Shift 6:00 pm - 6:30 am

Friday - Sunday (6 am - 6 pm & 6 pm - 6 am), candidates must work three consecutive 12-hour shifts on the weekend to qualify for Baylor pay

Baylor pay offered: work 36 hours and get paid for 40!

Shift Differential Pay Available (at participating locations)

Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work! (full-time only)

Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full-time only)

6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employees

Essential Functions of Registered Nurse (RN):

Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing

The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards

Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans

Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs

Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders

Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications

Administers medications

Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents

Documents that treatment as required

Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner

Other duties as assigned

Registered Nurse / RN License required (or recent graduate)
