Four Friends Fitness is looking for personal trainers to lead our individual and small group fitness sessions. Our trainers work with clients in a supportive and fun environment built on trust, community, and camaraderie. We provide education that sticks with them long after leaving the studio, helping them make changes and achieve their goals—no matter how big or how small.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting in-person, goal-oriented consultations with clients
Coaching and motivating clients while leading small group workouts
Setting up, breaking down, cleaning, and storing equipment before and after sessions Promoting and serving as an ambassador for Four Friends Fitness in the community
Completing exercises to demonstrate form and technique
Providing guidance on the correct form to prevent injuries and maximize effectiveness
Offering regressions and progressions to suit clients’ individual skills, capabilities, and goals
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in a related field i.e. exercise science, kinesiology
Knowledge of functional fitness, exercise, and mobility
Experience working and/or training in a one-on-one and group fitness environment
Current personal fitness trainer certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, or AFAA)
Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
A client-centric mindset
Strong interpersonal communication skills

We teach exercises for functional strength, improved mobility, and weight loss and we operate one-on-one and in small groups to provide personalized attention in a fun, supportive setting.
Pay Rate: $18-$21 Hourly
