Shift Hours:

First Shift: Monday-Friday: 6:00am -2:30pm

Second Shift: Monday - Friday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Compensation:

This position has a set hourly starting rate at $24.00/hour. This role is also eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus!

A Day in the Life

In this exciting role as an Electromechanical Assembler III in the Bedford facilities, you will have responsibility for supporting the manufacture of high-quality and complex Capital Equipment Systems to support the Cardiac Ablation Solutions Business. In this role you will be part of a team that grows the operations capacity over 8X to support our customer needs in this newly acquired product portfolio. You will lead improvements in manufacturing quality, capacity, and stability through solving problems, developing solutions, and executing strategies.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.

Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.

Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).

Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.

May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.

May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

Must have experience with fine wire soldering.

Experience in a medical device setting.

Prior assembly work with complex capital equipment systems.

Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of FDA regulations and medical device quality standards.

The starting base rate of pay for this position and location is $24.00 per hour. The base rate is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
