The Guardian of Positive Impressions and the Quality Guarantor will be cross-trained in each position, but will be allowed to excel at his/her strengths. The Quality Guarantor oversees and guarantees product quality, presentation and order accuracy. The Guardian of Positive Impressions is primarily responsible for making customers feel welcome and comfortable in the store and on the phone. This person must create a positive experience for customers, helping to solidify their return.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure order accuracy
Responsible for initial greeting of customer
Understand the mission statement, “We Take Your Pizza Personally”, its purpose and how it relates to building customer loyalty on a daily basis, and instilling this purpose in all team members
Provide excellent service, ensuring that you treat customers with respect, dignity and courtesy
Raise the bar, or standard, with each action and interaction
Be time sensitive to customer promise times and be vigilant about meeting or beating them
Master product and prep procedures and correctly and consistently implement them
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to Board of Health regulations
Maintain proper levels of inventory through completion of checklists
Develop a positive rapport with customers both on the phones and in the store
Understand the need to be detailed in personal appearance and hygiene
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum age 16 years old
Fired up to handle day-to-day challenges in a fast paced work environment that may be stressful at times
Ability to accomplish tasks and build customer loyalty with minimal supervision
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and always be honest and punctual
Enjoys and likes interacting with people
Good listening and oral communication skills
May be required to lift up to 40 lbs
