Accounts Payable Specialist

Cordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and utilizing Sage Intacct software to streamline financial workflows. This is a key role that ensures timely payments to vendors and supports the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Utilize Sage Intacct to input and manage accounts payable transactions efficiently.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and resolve any issues.

Maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure smooth payment processes.

Leverage Sage Intacct software to optimize accounts payable workflows.

Provide training and support to team members on Sage Intacct functionalities.

Assist in month-end close activities related to accounts payable.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.

Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

Strong proficiency in Sage Intacct software is strongly preferred

Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
