Job Title: Techno Functional Workday Financial Consultant

Location: Hybrid/Onsite

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Techno Functional Workday Financial Consultant for our government entity, specializing in Workday financials. The selected candidate will possess robust technical and functional expertise within Workday financials, along with a thorough understanding of reporting within the Workday system. This role will encompass involvement in both projects and operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday financial modules, providing expertise in the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancements within this system.

Assist in the maintenance and development of Workday reports and integration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Lead the investigation and resolution of Workday financials application issues, partnering with Workday and other third-party vendors as required.

Participate in, and often lead, in the planning and execution of various Workday financials projects, ensuring successful completion within the predefined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.

Maintain in-depth understanding of Workday's updates and releases, while ensuring our module and system settings remain optimal.

Conduct training sessions, develop user guides, and provide continuous support to the internal teams and end-users, fostering a higher degree of system knowledge and utilization.

Collaborate with the IT department and adhere to government regulations while implementing any changes or updates in the system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience using Workday Financials as a techno-functional consultant.

Experience with Workday reporting tools and ability to develop complex reports and dashboards.

Strong understanding of Workday financial modules, business processes, security, and integrations.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on organizational needs.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
