Main Responsibilities
With a set business model (either through provincial distributor or back to back sale agent) focus on instrument selling in the assigned areas to meet the annual sales targets for Flow Cytometer instruments, and increase the market share of the said products in the region.
Ensures compliance of all sales and marketing activities with relevant regulation, legal demands as well as company ethics and business conduct.
Develops and manages sale agents and distributors for the instruments in the territories. Works closely with various partners to achieve desired sale objectives.
Monitors and analyzes market trend and customer activity to provide key information so that company may build a long term sale planning and business expansion strategy.
Establishes a matured capability and knowledge on preliminary commercial path on instrument import, needs to complete and report the monthly instrument forecast
Support distributors for major tenders in the region
Builds up good relationship with Key accounts in their responsible area.
II. Job Qualifications/Personal Skills
Bachelor and/or above degree, education background in medical science, biology immunology, pharmaceutic and other related life science is preferred
Over 5 years sale experience in related life science, medical device industry, medium to high skills and/or working experience on Flow Cytometry market is highly preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills of Mandarin
Mid level of computer skills
Possess certain management experience for distribution channel
Organize and prioritizes multiple tasks to meet required deadlines
Frequent business travelling ( >50%)
A good team worker with energetic working attitude
