Processing salary and overtime payments
Recording and monitoring employee leave
Applying for and renewing work permits
Submitting biannual medical examination results for foreign workers
Updating foreign workers' residential addresses in MOM records
Managing workers’ welfare, including uniforms, safety shoes, and lockers
Updating and maintaining personnel data
Administering work pass renewals
Handling insurance-related claims
Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance
Requirements
GCE O level
1-2 years of working experience in HR functions
