R&D Leverage is currently looking for a highly motivated individual seeking a rewarding career opportunity with a growing leader in the industry. Looking for an experienced Program Manager with Injection Mold experience to join our talented team. This role requires strong leadership and organizational abilities along with practical experience in managing projects.

Nature of assignments, duties, and responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timing for new mold builds.

• Support customer relations and manage expectations.

• Oversee multiple mold packages from contract review through customer acceptance.

• Author and maintain timelines.

• Confer with shop personnel on manufacturing plans

• Travel as necessary to support sales and startup services

• Mentor Junior level engineers

• Work with internal and external suppliers to ensure project is progressing as planned.

• Support mold trials and mechanical debugging

• Support sales team as needed

• Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

5+ years of experience in injection mold environment

Proven track record of managing large scale projects.

Strong understanding of design for manufacturability and manufacturing processes.

Ability to understand and incorporate customer requirements into actionable plans.

Ability to work in a steady professional manner with little or no supervision required.

Ability to work in a team environment and participate in engineering reviews.

Detail orientated.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Excellent MS Office skills.

Creo or SolidWorks experience

Class 101+ & 101 high cavitation mold qualification experience is a plus

Mold Flow experience is a plus

High cavitation mold design is a plus

Project Manager certification is a plus

Six Sigma certification is a plus

Mini Tab experience is a plus
