Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution and delivery of Software as a Service (SaaS) projects, AR/VR products, and client services within our organization. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets and resources, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction in our product delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.

Lead project kick-off meetings, ensuring alignment among stakeholders on project objectives, roles, and responsibilities.

Establish and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and ensuring adherence to timelines.

Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed to ensure on-time delivery.

2. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, QA testers, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Provide clear direction, support, and mentorship to team members, empowering them to achieve project goals and objectives.

Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular project updates.

Collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and customer success teams to understand customer requirements and feedback, incorporating them into project planning and execution.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and value delivery, driving continuous improvement in our SaaS product offerings.

4. Quality Assurance and Delivery:

Implement best practices for quality assurance and testing, ensuring that delivered solutions meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.

Conduct thorough project reviews and post-mortems, capturing lessons learned and identifying areas for improvement to optimize future project delivery processes.

Champion a culture of quality, innovation, and excellence within the project team and across the organization.

5. Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SaaS project management, incorporating them into our project delivery methodologies.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function.

Actively participate in the development and refinement of organizational standards, frameworks, and tools for SaaS project management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management, with a focus on delivering SaaS products or solutions.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience leading Agile/Scrum teams.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Monday, or similar software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus

Experience with Azure Governance and Best Practices (Role Based Access Control, Networking Architectures, Cost Management controls, etc.)

Previous experience in the SaaS industry or developing enterprise-level software solutions.

Proficiency in Microsoft project management tools

Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and cloud migration strategies.

Familiarity with AR/VR development frameworks (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and mixed reality platforms

Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools, with experience integrating models in production environments
