POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Motion Graphic Artist plays a pivotal role in translating creative concepts into captivating visual stories. This position involves close collaboration with creative directors, copywriters, art directors, and producers to ensure a cohesive and precise interpretation of project visions. The role requires expertise in storyboarding, editing footage, animating graphics, integrating audio, and utilizing advanced software and animation techniques to create engaging content that resonates with audiences.

JOB DUTIES

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, film, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years experience in motion graphics or a related industry.

Proficient in adobe creative suite, especially after effects, premiere pro, and illustrator.

Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typography.

Excellent storytelling capabilities and a strong aesthetic sense.

Experience with 3D animation software such as cinema 4D or maya is a plus.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Experience in the Tech Industry or with Tech clients preferred.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Collaborate with creative and social teams to understand project requirements and develop initial concepts into full-fledged motion graphics.

Create and present storyboards that depict the script and narrative for complex animation projects

Design and animate high-quality motion graphics, integrating various media elements such as video, text, and audio to enhance storytelling.

Edit video footage to match desired styles and specifications while maintaining narrative continuity.

Utilize audio integration techniques to effectively synchronize visuals and soundtracks.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and apply this knowledge to projects for innovative outcomes.

Ensure all visual elements are consistent with the overall brand and creative vision of the project.

Manage the archiving and storage of project files to ensure easy access and organization.

Provide guidance and mentorship to motion graphic designers to elevate their skills and quality of work.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Office Environment

The salary range for this position is $80k minimum - $90k maximum per annum pro rata. Compensation varies depending on location, job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
