Job Details Job Details: Our well-established construction company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team.

This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a solid background in civil construction, specifically in the areas of highway construction and infrastructure.

A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities: 1.

Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of civil construction projects.

2.

Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management, quality control, and communication plans.

3.

Coordinate and manage the activities of project teams, including contractors, engineers, architects, and other professionals.

4.

Ensure that all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.

5.

Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and control.

6.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

7.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

8.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project.

9.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.

Advanced degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

2.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the civil construction industry, with a focus on highway construction and infrastructure.

3.

Proven track record of managing large-scale civil construction projects from start to finish.

4.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

5.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

6.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.

7.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

8.

Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technology.

9.

Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
