Senior Property Accountant

A successful and growing hotel management company in Downtown Greenville, SC is hiring a Senior Property Accountant. They're looking for someone with property accounting experience to assist with financial management 4-8 properties. You'll be involved in all aspects of the accounting lifecycle for these properties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, accrual accounting, general ledger preparation and month end close

Must Have Skills

3+ years of accounting experience

Related bachelor's degree

Experience with an ERP (ideally Sage)

Nice to Have

Property Management experience

Experience working on a small but mighty team
