Amotec is currently recruiting for 2nd Shift Machinist in the Cleveland, Ohio area. These roles are with our client, a leader in the Automotive industry.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 DOE

The following is a general scope of responsibilities for 2nd shift Machine Operator:

Operate electronic and other machinery

Regulate speed of machinery (other than transport)

Adjust machines

Set up equipment or machinery for operation

Operate machine controls

Preventative maintenance

Other Requirements and Skills:

Ability to read and understand blueprints

Knowledge of tool room equipment

Knowledge in the use of precision instruments

Demonstrated math skills

Other Machine Operator responsibilities as required

Knowledge of metal properties and mechanical processes, preferred
