A World of Building Services Job Skills / Requirements We are Hiring Janitorial workers for Vacation Relief You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services to guarantee a spotless facility.

Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and rest room maintenance.

Our vacation season is from April to October.

You will be hired to work for 5 months.

Responsibilities include: * Must be available to work any shift as assigned.

* General knowledge of commercial building maintenance is preferred.

* Must be able to take direction from supervisors and ensure all work is completed in the time frames given.

* Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.

* Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor * Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.

* Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.

Requirements: * Must have experience in the janitorial/custodial/maintenance/housekeeping field.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Professional appearance and communication ability.

* Ability to work evenings, approximately 5 pm until 12:30 am, with flexibility to work additional hours and weekends as needed.

* You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods.

* Ability to lift to 50 lbs., to bend, reach, lift and carry.

* Ability to take direction and work in a team-oriented environment.

Benefits * Payrate: $17.98 per hour.

* This is a 32BJ union position.

Monthly dues are required.

* This is a Seasonal Position.
