* Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic * Positive attitude, coachable * Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Responsibilities: * Preparing chicken to be freshly cooked in store, and operating other line cook stations as needed * Following the recipe exactly to prepare the chicken at corporate standards * Checking for product quality and consistency, including using the FIFO method * Assisting leadership in executing opening or closing procedures * Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items * Follow sanitation and safety procedures * Follow Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures * Carry out instructions given by the leadership team and operator
