Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

Based in Delaware, OH, we are a fast-growing GC that specializes in public works construction. Projects include educational facilities, fire stations, historic renovations, and more. The value size of our projects typically ranges from $3-8M but can also be as large as $25M.

Due to growth, we have an immediate need for a Project Manager.

Job Details

MUST HAVE

+ Experience as a Project Manager at a GC

+ Experience with public works projects

NICE TO HAVE

+ Experience with ground-up

+ ProCore or similar construction management software
