Customer Service

Nutrishop Northridge in Valencia, CA is looking for one customer service to join our 7 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual with a relentless work ethic who shares our passion for fitness and nutrition. Must be professional in demeanor with a friendly, outgoing, positive attitude and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Capable to initiate and usher projects successfully to completion.

Some Duties but are not limited to the following

Greet customers and make them feel at home

Answer any questions the customers may have

Assist Customers on Create customize meal plans and read Inbody scans properly to each customer

Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment

Work a minimum of three marketing events and help with flyer drop off when needed.

Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees

Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments

Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have

Good communication skills with customers and coworkers.

Proficient skills in selling and or upselling.
