Responsibilities:

Quarterback executions of High Yield, Term Loan B and Private Credit financing opportunities

Managing a team of Associates and Analysts to prepare pitches and execute LevFin transactions

Significant interaction CEOs, CFOs, financial sponsors and institutional investors

Presenting transactions to credit and underwriting committees

Drive recruiting and training of junior talent

Qualifications

6+ years investment banking experience including leveraged finance and private credit origination

Significant transaction experience with preference for Lead Left originations and executions

Ability to analyze credit documentation including credit agreements and HY indentures

Strong technical and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to execute transactions, generate ideas and and analyze business opportunities
