Job Description

Personal Lines Account Manager wanted for one of the fastest growing insurance agencies in Massachusetts - an agency that treats its employees like family, promotes from within, and offers unlimited growth potential.

Here you will service an existing book of accounts and work with producers providing a constant new flow of business and accounts that are growing and challenging to work with. Qualified candidates must have desire to succeed in a dynamic work environment allowing you to make valuable contributions and meet bold, new challenges head on, as well as:

• Expertise in personal lines coverage and terminology, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service, • Strong attention to detail, • Ability to successfully prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, and • Ability to work well in a team environment

We are looking for 3+ years' experience with an Insurance Agency and broad knowledge of personal lines insurance products.

Other requirements include working knowledge of:

• Microsoft Office Products • Personal insurance market rating systems • AMS 360 or similar agency management systems.

Undergraduate degree preferred. Sense of urgency and humor are both critical.
