Taiwan ETF Capital Markets

Job Summary: The Taiwan ETF Capital Markets will be responsible for managing the ETF capital markets activities for the AB Taiwan ETF business. This includes relationship management with stakeholders both internally and externally, assisting in developing execution strategies, managing large ETF flow, and maintaining an understanding of the listing regulatory environment.

Key responsibilities:

Drive the PD/LP contracts

Build and maintain healthy relationships with securities companies as it relates to ETF trading

Manage large ETF flow

Work closely with product development to identify new product opportunities and ensure successful launches

Responsible for the health of the ETF in the secondary market

Monitor daily trading characteristics of AB ETFs e.g. spreads, premium/ discounts, execution quality etc

Assist in problem solving involving operations and ETF ecosystem

Work closely with Ops to ensure data integrity to the market makers

Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior management on market developments and competitive landscape

Assist in client coverage

Assist in keeping ETFs compliant with Exchange rules and regulations

Internal and External education on the ETF structure, trading, and the ETF ecosystem

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters Degree (or equivalent)

SITE/SICE relevant licenses

Experience

5 years fund related experience in financial industry

ETF experience in APAC region a plus

Skills

Written and Verbal English proficiency

Fluency in Mandarin

Fluent in MS -Office

Experience with Bloomberg

Create Thinker/Analytical/Problem Solver

Entrepreneurial- willing to help build the AB ETF business

Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
