We are the curious. Problem solvers. Driven to unlock the potential in every system. Across five countries are 1,100 engineers, designers, and consultants collaborating to elevate the human experience, create more resilient communities, and protect the health of the planet. We transform the built environment by creating dynamic solutions — living systems — that are smart, resilient, and connected.

At Introba, this is why we show up every day. To use our curiosity for good. To inspire change. To empower changemakers

Introba provides world-class building engineering design, analytic, and consulting services at all scales, specializing in net-zero first thinking. Through the cultivation of thought leadership, we deliver sustainable and forward-thinking solutions to the most complex design challenges facing the world’s leading clients and partners.

You will be working closely with our Associate Principal in Sustainability and will particularly appeal to you if you would like to part of something that has great potential to grow.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

There is an expectation that you will be able to support the growth of business in this area by identifying new opportunities and delivering thought provoking, insightful presentations to potential new clients. The opportunity to do this will enable you to be part of a client’s project from concept right through to delivery, owning the entire relationship.

The role will contribute to the delivery of work relating to the decarbonization of existing building stock, and the whole life carbon assessments (LCAs) taking into account embodied carbon, in particular within MEP installations.

You will be required to use curiosity and innovation to deliver the outcomes the clients need, to support you in this endeavor will be a good level of continuing professional development. The Introba (previously known as Elementa Consulting) team have been at the forefront of advancement in this arena, our staff has co-authored official RICS guidance and regulation and are currently involved with London Energy Transformation Initiative (LETI). With regular peer to peer learning opportunities you will be able to access the latest ideas and knowledge.

If you have team leadership or supervisory experience this will be of great benefit, you will have no direct reports to start with but there are already plans in place to grow this team, this means you will get to influence the direction of the team as well.

The office, right above Chancery Lane Underground Station, is very new and offers a modern and attractive workplace, including rooftop garden and discount with the dedicated restaurant on the top floor. If you don't live near to London then we also have an office just south of Oxford and which you could be based from also.
