Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Floater to join our team. This role is essential to support the increasing number of trips booked on Lyft and to ensure quality and efficiency in our operations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking Support: Assist in booking Lyft rides for the next day, ensuring all trips are scheduled accurately and efficiently.

• Non-Call Tasks: Manage non-call taking tasks such as handling TigerText communications and processing incoming trip requests.

• Quality Assurance: Investigate trip discrepancies, conduct call audits, and perform other quality assurance tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Cross-Training: Be trained to handle call-taking duties and provide support in case of understaffing.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Previous experience in customer service or dispatch roles preferred.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
