Job Description:

As a Rideshare Dispatcher at Connect Care Global, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless transportation experiences for our clients. With the growing volume of Lyft rideshare trips, we need a dedicated professional to focus on real-time operations and rider communications. Your main responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Contacting riders who have missed their scheduled rides to provide follow-up support and assistance.

• Real-time Monitoring: Ensuring all ride requests are managed efficiently and addressing any issues that arise during transport.

• Flex Link Management: Sending out flex links on the day of transport to ensure smooth ride scheduling and clear communication with riders.

• Rideshare Coordination: Collaborating with Rideshare Dispatcher 1 to ensure all rideshare operations are handled effectively.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dispatching or customer service roles.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.

• Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant technology.
