About the Role Our goal is to make architectural design and direct manufacturing of houses accessible to everyone through an architectural design software that offers exceptional graphic visualization and usability.

We are currently developing the first BIM software that is linked to the direct production of buildings.

The Technical Writer will have the opportunity to document each release of our BIM software, document old features and workflows, and in the future, be able to autonomously create a documentation architecture.

This role will be part of the Quality team, which will provide support for the documentation process.

What You Will Do:

Write and maintain detailed technical documentation for BIM software in English, including user manuals, release notes, and other related materials.

Collaborate with the QA/QC team, software developers, engineers, and other team members to fully understand the features of the BIM software and translate them into clear and understandable documentation.

Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience and tailor the documentation accordingly, ensuring it is accessible and useful for end users.

Maintain consistency and organization in documentation, ensuring it conforms to company standards and industry best practices.

Proven experience in drafting technical documentation for software (such as Madcap Flare, Atlassian Confluence, Adobe Framemaker, and Github Wiki), preferably in the BIM or civil engineering sector.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, linguistics, or a related field.

Native English proficiency or advanced English skills.

In-depth knowledge of technical documentation principles, including writing styles, authoring tools, and documentation management.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear and understandable language for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Availability of a portfolio of documentation to be submitted along with the application for initial evaluation.
