Same type of position providing hands on desktop support for users both in a production envrionment as well as office environment. The Middletown technician will be a stand alone sole POC for IT at that facility and will be working in an all Windows environment.

1) Windows Based Env - Teams/MS Office/Active Directory/SCCM - for deployments, imaging, pushing software updates

1B) The 2nd role requires less overall stand alone experience and is looking for someone with Macintosh OS support.

2) Hardware and software troubleshooting - Printers/Faxes/peripheral devices. Use Xerox & Zebra printers on production floor

3) Asset Management at the site and experience with some mobile device management and troubleshooting of cell phones.

- Strong networking knowledge of basic server/network set ups

- Hardware/Software troubleshooting

a) They have warranties for most devices so no assembly or tear down, but need to troubleshoot and repair.

- SCCM for imaging devices including deploying images and software updates and potentially even experience creating images from scratch

- Mobile Device Management

- Asset Management

- Powershell experience is a HUGE plus

- Attention to detail as will be sole POC at the plant
