Job Description

· We are a company specializing in the sale of Petroleum Parts & Equipment for Gas Stations in DAVIE Florida

This position is primarily assigned to the warehouse but will also assist with some inside sales responsibilities as needed. This is a great position for someone who likes to multi-task, enjoys a customer service position, is energetic, and is ready for a new challenge. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, position.

Primary Duties (and other duties as assigned):

The Warehouse Specialist role is responsible for all inventories received and shipped out of the warehouse. The Inside Sales role sells our products to business and industrial establishments or individuals over the phone, email, and at the counter

. Provide excellent customer assistance

. Receive and process inbound shipments

. Material handling & Inventory accuracy

. Picking and packing outbound shipments

. Process Bills of Lading and small package outbound paperwork

. Perform general warehouse cleaning duties

. Process inbound phone, email & fax queries regarding information, quotes, and sales of petroleum parts and equipment; primary focus on the parts order entry

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

· Have a minimum of one year of related experience.

· Ability to work autonomously, and as a team; self-motivated.

· Proven history of being reliable, dependable, and trustworthy

· Teachable attitude

· The ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with all levels of customers and coworkers is essential.

· Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

· Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic internet skills.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, and up to 70 lbs. periodically.

· High school diploma- GED equivalent

· Current forklift certification a plus

· Bilingual English-Spanish a plus.
