What Matters Most for the Financial Systems Manager Role:

Annual base salary of $130,000 - $160,000 per year plus bonus

Direct Hire opportunity

Hybrid role with 2 days per week remote

Your New Financial Systems Manager Role:

In this mission critical role you will assist the organization through significant change as they prepare to merge financial systems across several business entities. This is a truly dynamic and complex organization that must have someone with both strong Accounting & GAAP skills, along with very strong Financial Systems experience. The ideal candidate will have overseen financial systems implementations and ideally have exposure to Netsuite. The Financial Systems Manager will keep a keen eye on how systems impact overall efficiency and make changes as they are necessary. You will develop solutions and work with executive leaders to execute.

Your Experience should look like this:

MUST have strong GAAP Accounting experience

MUST have detailed experience leading Accounting Software Implementations

Strongly prefer someone who is a CPA and has experience in public accounting
