Annual base salary of $115000 - $165000 per year, plus bonus, depending on qualifications

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting

• Prefer a CPA license and 4+ years of experience in public accounting

• Strong experience as a people leader and a desire to develop a team

• Outstanding full cycle accounting skills

• Prefer experience in retail, manufacturing, or construction industries

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

As a Controller, you will work closely with other senior leaders and owners to develop and implement financial systems and processes that support and prepare the company for growth and long-term success.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day financial aspects of the company

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements, including tax laws and reporting requirements

Provide direction, training, and coaching to the accounting and admin team.
